Marisa Mailhes is a dance studio owner, coach, and speaker who helps business owners simplify as they grow. Her career began as a child performer on Barney & Friends, where she developed a deep appreciation for creativity, structure, and teamwork, foundations that continue to shape her work today. She played the role of "Hannah" for 3 years on the show.

She is the owner of Red Door Dance Academy, now in its 16th season, where she has built a thriving studio with a strong leadership team, clear systems, and a focus on sustainability. Marisa now works with studio owners and small business leaders across the country, helping them create clarity through systems, communication, branding, and organization that support both business growth and real life.

Marisa is a certified coach with More Than Just Great Dancing and regularly speaks at conferences, workshops, and leadership events. She lives in Texas with her husband and three children (twin boys and a daughter) and believes strongly that businesses should support the lives behind them — not consume them.
